Full-priced items may be exchanged at any Shofyd retail store within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

No refunds are provided; eligible items may be exchanged for store credits valid at our physical locations in India only.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Items must be returned in unused and sellable condition. Exchange requests without an original receipt may be rejected.

9. Exchange and Refund Policy (Online Store)
Online purchases follow the same exchange guidelines as retail stores.

Please contact our support team before returning any item.

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal household use.
Covers Defects in materials or workmanship.
Does not cover Filter cartridge wear, misuse, improper installation, commercial use, or external damage.
Warranty is valid only if registered within 7 days of delivery.
To claim Provide proof of purchase and contact us. We may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Warranty is non-transferable and excludes incidental or consequential damages.
