- Return Policy for Home Delivery
At Shofyd, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless customer experience.
All products purchased through our website come with a 30-day return or exchange policy.
You may request a return or replacement if the product delivered meets any of the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues or transit damage.
- Return Shipping Cost: Paid by the customer
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applied
- You have received a different product from the one you ordered.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please check the package at the time of delivery.
If you observe any damage to the packaging or product—or if the wrong item has been delivered—contact our customer support team immediately.

Please include photos or videos clearly showing the issue as proof.
Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Return Process
If your return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product.
To ensure a smooth return process, the customer must:
- Return the product in its original condition, along with 1 user manual, 2 washers, 1 teflon tape and1 adaptor.
- Cooperate with the logistics partner during pickup.
- Collect and retain the pickup acknowledgment slip, which can be used for any further communication regarding the return.
- We value your trust in Shofyd, and our team is always here to assist you with a smooth and transparent return process.
- Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 7 days and exchanged products will be delivered within 7 days
- The exchanged / replaced item will be delivered within 7 days.
